Janes Architectural was established in November 1992, working from a spare room and using a drawing board with film paper and 'rotring' ink pens! We then progressed to using Apple Power PC's (should have bought Apple shares then)! and CAD software. The Office, hardware and knowledge progressed, and we moved to our present premises in 2002, where we are well placed to serve projects around the Midlands and Staffordshire.
We started off designing small residential extensions and smaller commercial and industrial projects, this soon progressed to larger residential projects and new build houses. We gained much experience working within the two local Conservation Areas, particularly with regard to the Arts & Crafts Movement and the associated architecture. We have now redeveloped many properties, in particular around Four Oaks & Little Aston, and have nearly 400 projects under our belt!
With the larger bespoke properties also came high specification bespoke interiors and facilities, to include swimming pools and spas, saunas and steam rooms, Gymnasiums, wine cellars, cinema rooms and home automation systems to name but a few. We also like a good feature staircase or two here at Janes Architectural, and we are proud to showcase some of those properties on our new website.
We look forward to our 30th Year, taking up new challenges, and furthering our knowledge and experience in the design of high-quality homes and architecture.
