Planning Consent granted for the transformation of an existing home in Little Aston

Janes architectural have secured Planning Consent for extensive works to an existing house in the Little Aston Conservation Area, Sutton Coldfield. The works include a complete transformation of the existing house with extensions and alterations to provide an Arts & Crafts inspired appearance, with new detached 3 car garage and swimming pool.

The proposed extensions and new garage with studio accommodation above increase the current gross internal floor area by 225% to over 500 m2. The scheme also incudes a heated outside swimming pool and external landscaping including a new driveway and entrance gates.
